How does 1-on-1 career coaching work?

Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or in-person in Copenhagen. Each package starts with a 90-minute startup session to assess your current skills and set goals, followed by regular 60-minute sessions focused on developing specific skills from the 12 Universal Skills framework.

Which coaching package should I choose?

The Focused package ($750) is best for addressing 1-2 specific skills over 4-8 weeks. The Select package ($1,400) covers 6 skills over 3-6 months and is the most popular. The Complete package ($2,600) covers all 12 skills over 6-12 months. A free 30-minute intro call is available to help you decide.

Yes. Peter Scheele offers a free 30-minute introductory call with no obligation, where you can discuss your goals and determine which coaching package is right for you.

Payment by bank transfer. Sessions are non-refundable. If you quit, compensation goes to non-profit.
